“I have played soccer from age 3 through college, ran cross country in middle school and high school, and got pulled into running track in college by the head coach. I managed to obtain several injuries through those activities, and I was intrigued by what I learned from the athletic trainers and massage therapists.
Within a few weeks of those injuries, I was better, and massage made me more aware of my injury areas, which allowed me to make adjustments in my weightlifting training. Now at 30, I have more body awareness and move better than I did when I was 18.
From that point on, I knew that I wanted to be a massage therapist so that I could help people recover faster and get back to doing what they love. I started my own business to integrate movement and massage (aka, bodywork).

“Through the preciseness of Structural Integration, relaxation techniques of massage, and foundation movement patterns, I am able to help more people improve their long-term health and well-being.
For the past 10+ years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients feel better and return to the activities they like to do with more body awareness, like playing with grandchildren and running marathons.
I am passionate about working with clients who are looking to achieve the freedom that pain free movement provides, and to get them back to doing what they love through massage, bodywork and movement!
I can give you personalized cues, but only you can control the lasting change!” -Jamie
