We believe that massage should be safe for ALL bodies. We are proud to serve the LGBTQ+ community! Through the use of your pronouns, and trauma informed considerations, we fully support all clients.

We expect our clients to help us keep this office a safe space. We expect all who enter our space to show the upmost respect of others here. Any form of sexual or other harassment, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, sexualized comments, and comments about race, gender, sexual orientation, or ethnicity, will not be tolerated.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-Hours' notice will be charged for half of the scheduled session.
Clients who forget or choose to forgo his/her/their scheduled appointment will be considered "No Show" and will be charged 100% of the session fee. The therapist will wait up to fifteen (15) minutes before marking a client "No Show."
Clients are to arrive on time for his/her/their scheduled appointment. We are unable to provide full sessions to late arrivals. Late arrivals are responsible for the full session fee.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time + have your Intake Form filled out in order to ensure a full session. Late arrivals will end on time. Appointments are marked as no-show after fifteen (15) minutes if we are not contacted. The full value of the treatment will still be charged.

All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Please present discounts and gift certificates before the appointment time.

Payment is due at the end of the appointment time.

No refunds on services, deposits, gift cards, or products.

No phones are allowed to be used during the sessions unless you are on call and have notified your therapist. If you are on a call, your therapist will stop working until you are finished at the expense of your allotted session time.
