Clients are fully clothed

What to expect:
Clients are dressed in gym clothes
Clinical Test / retest approach to find and treat the cause(s) of pain
Each session is customized and may incorporate methods like myofascial Decompression/Cup Therapy, Scarping (IASTM), focused manual soft tissue work, movement, and guided stretching.
1:1 Yoga
Best For:
Your new to yoga and / or you want to be confident in the basics
Slowing down a routine or working through specific postures
Better alignment in poses
What to expect:
Wear gym / yoga clothes, bring your mat (don’t have one? We have extra)
Hands on asana assists (optional)
Build your confidence and strength within poses
Warm up, main set of work and questions, cool down
