Thai Massage

  • Clients are fully clothed

  • Working on a cushioned mat on the floor

  • Combinations of deep compressions, acupressure, breathwork, and yoga-like-stretches

  • Bolsters and pillows to ease body positions

  • Clinical Test / retest approach to find and treat the cause(s) of pain

  • Each session is customized and may incorporate methods like myofascial Decompression/Cup Therapy, Scarping (IASTM), focused manual soft tissue work, movement, and guided stretching.

1:1 Yoga

What to expect:

  • Wear gym / yoga clothes, bring your mat (don’t have one? We have extra)

  • Build your confidence and strength within poses

  • Warm up, main set of work and questions, cool down
