    • Combinations of deep compressions, acupressure, breathwork, and yoga-like-stretches

Move Smarter

Integrated Bodywork

Bodywork before and after
    • Addressing nagging pain / focused areas

    • No-fluff (or cream) hands on approach

    • You don’t mind being an active participant

    • Clients are dressed in gym clothes

    • Clinical test / retest approach to find and treat the cause(s) of pain

    • Combos of Myofascial Decompression/Cup Therapy, Scraping, focused manual soft tissue work, movement, and guided stretching.

Structural Integration Series

    • You don’t have acute pain

    • You want a full body reset

    • You want better posture without working hard for it

    • 90 minute sessions bought in packages

    • Wear sports bra and shorts

    • Each session focuses on a different area of the body

    • Home-play given between sessions

    • These are best received as weekly or biweekly sessions

  • If yes, go with Recovery Massage

  • 90 minutes of Recovery Massage is the best fit. This session will not feel rushed and will focus on one area of concern as well as the full body.

    60 minutes of Recovery Massage would be a quick overall experience.

  • If you said yes, Thai Massage is your deal! With your clothes on, you get squished and stretched, very relaxing!

  • Integrative Bodywork will take you through some movements to better understand where the issue(s) might be coming from. With hands on work and re-testing the issues midway / and the end we will have a better idea of what’s going on!

  • Want to be not move during the session? Recovery 90 is for you. Be prepared for movement before you get on the table.

    Ok to move a bit? Bodywork is it.

  • Integrated Bodywork will get all of the major areas needed.

  • Ask about the Structural Integration series. Each session has a different theme designed to expand breath and be situated in space without effort.

  • We will chat before each session to check in and see where you are at that day and adjust as needed.
